PIQUES is an idea being explored by Mira. This website explains the concept and gathers expressions of interest from physicians and potential industry collaborators.

What the interest form collects
When you express interest as a physician, we save your email address and consent to receive occasional updates about the PIQUES idea. You can optionally provide your role, specialty and institution or practice.
The industry form saves your email address and permission for us to contact you about partnership opportunities. You can optionally share your company or organization and an area of partnership interest. We record which form you used and when your request was made.
Why it is collected
We use these details to gauge interest in the idea, understand who might find it useful, share occasional updates as it develops, and follow up on requested partnership conversations. Neither form creates an account, involves a payment or commits you to using a future product or entering a partnership.
Where it is stored
Interest-form information is stored in the database supporting this website, hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure through ChatGPT Sites. The site does not publish contact records or provide a public directory of people who expressed interest. Hosting providers may process technical request information needed to operate and protect the service.
How long it is kept
We keep the details you submit until you ask us to delete them. Unsubscribing from updates stops those messages; you can also ask us to delete your submission.
Your browser preferences
The website can remember your light or dark theme in your browser’s local storage. The interactive product previews use temporary page state. We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Fonts and brand assets are served with the site.
No patient information
Do not enter patient names, records, images or other identifying clinical details. This website only collects expressions of interest. The sample cases and activity are illustrative, and the website is not a clinical workspace.
Your choices
Only email and consent are required. All profile details are optional. You can clear the saved theme through your browser’s site-data settings. You can ask a privacy question, stop receiving updates, or request deletion of your submission by replying to a message you receive from PIQUES. If a message includes an unsubscribe link, you can also use that link to stop updates.
