Good cases travel.
Great ones echo.
Turn the case everyone asks about into an Echo, a short 15–60 sec film of how it really went.
The judgment calls. The complications. The ones that make you think twice.
See how the rest of the field would approach them.
Why PIQUES exists
Every case has more to share than just the outcome. What worked, what didn’t, what surprised you, and what you’d do differently next time. There’s so much we can learn when we talk through our cases together.
Share your interest. No account or commitment.
Every case has a story worth discussing. Here’s how it works.
Turn the case everyone asks about into an Echo, a short 15–60 sec film of how it really went.
Why that approach? What else could have worked? What would you have done differently? You’ll be able to get into the details with physicians who’ve been there.
You’ll be able to share your plan, ask your questions, and hear how colleagues would tackle it. Afterward, you’ll be able to return and tell us how it went.
You’ll be able to build a collection of the cases you share, for colleagues to explore and for you to revisit.
You’ll be able to save the cases, clinical pearls, and comments that make you think, “I’m going to need that someday,” and find them again in Pod Notes.
Every case will be shareable as a collaboration, linked to everyone who was in the room. Short on time? Your fellow or resident will be able to put it together for you to review, edit if needed, and approve.

I’m Mira, an Integrated Vascular and Interventional Radiology resident at Stanford.
Through conferences, morning rounds, and watching physicians share their work online, I’ve learned that some of the best clinical insights never make it into a textbook. They come from sharing experiences, debating approaches, and learning from each other’s cases.
Every physician has a story worth sharing. The unexpected complication, the clever workaround, the decision that could have gone either way. Yet so many of these stories go untold.
I started PIQUES to make sharing cases and learning from one another easier, beyond any one conference or institution.
Orcas live in pods, learn from one another, and pass knowledge across generations. That’s what inspired our mascot, and the community I hope to build with PIQUES.
There’s so much we can learn from each other. Why limit it to who’s in the room?
